Field Maintenance Technician - Residential & Hospitality Portfolio

From a quick drywall patch in Oakland to a fixture repair in Castle Shannon, your work makes a visible difference. Express Employment Professionals is recruiting Field Maintenance Technicians on behalf of multiple clients who manage hotel and residential properties.
What success looks like
You arrive prepared, review the day’s work orders, and tackle a mix of tasks—painting touch-ups, basic electrical checks, plumbing fixes, and cosmetic improvements. You diagnose small issues before they become big ones and keep common areas and units looking their best.
Territory, schedule, and pay
- Coverage: Pitcairn, Whitehall, Hazelwood, Duquesne, Greentree, Oakland, Castle Shannon, Shadyside
- Hours: Monday–Friday
- Compensation: Starting at $20+/hour, commensurate with experience
Key responsibilities
- General property maintenance across multiple locations
- Painting and drywall repair to restore and refresh interiors
- Light plumbing and basic electrical troubleshooting
- Repairing doors, walls, fixtures, and other building components
- Cosmetic repairs that elevate curb appeal and resident experience
- Responding to requests and completing work orders accurately
- Traveling between sites and working independently to manage your day
What you bring
- Experience in painting, drywall, plumbing, and basic electrical tasks
- Solid general maintenance capabilities and problem-solving skills
- Reliability, initiative, and minimal need for supervision
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for inter-site travel
