Electrical Engineer - Warehouse/Fiber Prep

In this role the team member will work closely with their assigned team (operators, engineers, maintenance) on plant and sector governed work. Our engineers can identify and resolve process and equipment problems, initiate creative and practical designs which meet safety and production expectations, apply engineering standards and procedures, and document work to ensure information is retrievable.
The incumbent reports to the Engineering and Reliability Sr. Manager and receives direction in the form of specifically defined project objectives. An electrical engineering mentor will be available to provide technical guidance as needed.
In this role, you will:
- Work closely with fellow engineers on multiple product or process improvement projects from conception through commercialization.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide necessary solutions to eliminate root cause.
- Provide functional leadership and creativity in the initiation of design, development, and optimization of family care manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Develop knowledge and skills in leadership of the application of engineering principles, scientific analysis, LEAN/OPEX principles, and project management.
- Carry out all job responsibilities in a safe manner. Develop and upgrade equipment and processes that meet safety codes, policies and guidelines while providing accurate documentation. Provide for the safety and well-being of operators, maintenance, and other personnel.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and activities and drive them to achieve intended results.
- Assist in the development of others within the area of incumbent's expertise.

- Bachelor's in a related engineering discipline such as Electrical Engineering; Minimum of 1+ year of experience in a relevant electrical engineering field, which may include co-op placements, internships, or other practical training
- PLC experience and an understanding of drives and control
- Analytical skills to collect and assess data to support technical recommendations.
- A demonstrated ability to perform in cross-functional teams to achieve project results within required timeframes.
- Technical knowledge and experiences with high-speed equipment.
- Prior exposure to plant/manufacturing experiences.

Salary Range: 86,480 – 102,240 USD At Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience.
