EMT- Onsite Wellness Center (Day Shift/ No Night/No Weekends)

Dayspring Talent Group is seeking a dependable and clinically strong Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to support an onsite wellness center at a major manufacturing facility in York, PA.

This is a day shift only role with no nights, weekends, or holidays, offering a stable schedule and a controlled clinical environment. The EMT will play a key role in supporting employee health and safety through clinical assessments, basic care, and documentation.

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday

7:00AM-5:30PM

( No nights. No weekends .)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform employee intake and health screenings
• Obtain basic medical assessments
• Provide first aid and initial care as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Support workplace health and safety initiatives
• Collaborate with onsite staff and leadership

Qualifications:

• Active EMT certification
• Current BLS certification
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Professional demeanor and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in an non-911
• Occupational health or clinic experience is a plus (not required)

Responsibilities

• Respond swiftly to medical emergencies within the wellness center, providing advanced first aid and critical care as needed
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history documentation
• Manage airway interventions and assist with medication administration, including injections and other emergency treatments
• Perform patient triage to prioritize care based on severity, utilizing your knowledge of physiology and anatomy
• Maintain sterile techniques and aseptic procedures during all patient interactions to prevent infections
• Collaborate with healthcare providers for critical care transport or urgent care interventions when necessary
• Document all patient encounters accurately in compliance with medical terminology standards and facility protocols

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
