Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Description
The Accounts Payable Administrator plays a crucial role in managing remittances to the dealership’s vendors. The position involves handling company funds and ensuring accurate financial transactions.
Responsibilities
- Prepare checks daily or as needed using computer systems.
- Process payment of vendor invoices monthly, including proper account coding.
- Enter invoices from all departments.
- Research and resolve issues with old invoices.
- Manage sublet inventory.
- Record used vehicle purchases.
- Process daily floor plan payoffs, monthly floor plan payments, and floor plan reconciliation.
- Prepare schedules for sublet, accounts payable, service contracts, and CLA&H.
- 6-12 months of relevant experience in accounts payable.
- Experience in posting invoices and processing payments.
- No specific certifications or education required.
This position is based in an office environment with a business casual dress code. Work hours are Monday to Friday, either from 8 AM to 4 PM or from 9 AM to 5 PM. The role involves working within a team of approximately three other individuals.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Horsham, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
