Position Overview
The Engineering Manager will lead and oversee engineering projects, ensuring that all designs and processes meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. The successful candidate will manage a team of engineers while collaborating with other departments to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Vice President on departmental operations, quoting, and tool design initiatives.
• Lead and manage engineering staff through effective planning, delegation, and coordination across teams.
• Oversee integration of engineering and manufacturing to optimize quality, yield, flexibility, and delivery timelines.
• Communicate with customers and internal departments to ensure requirements are met and feedback is incorporated.
• Administer CAD systems, documentation, procurement of supplies, and uphold continuous improvement efforts.
• Support daily operations-including supervisor assistance, miscellaneous duties, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong background in tooling design and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with flat grinding, EDM, and CNC milling.
• Must have completed an industry apprenticeship or equivalent (machinist, tool and die, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
