Required Skills & Experience: -At least three (3)years of experience. -Intermediate knowledge of all forms of diagnostic imaging. -Intermediate knowledge of specific/cross trained area. -Intermediate knowledge of Radiology Information System. -Able to handle multiple tasks. -Good organizational skills. -Good phone etiquette and communication skills. Preferred Skills & Experience: -Pediatric experience.Required Education: -High school diploma or GED. -Technical diploma from a radiology program. -Complete all hospital and Radiology Department mandatory education as required annually. -Responsible for maintaining the continuing education required for this position. Required Certifications & Licensure: -Radiology Technologist (RT) from the American Registry for Radiologic Technologist (ARRT). -Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) issued through an organization that requires a hands-on instructor lead psychomotor skills verification (ex. American Heart Association or Red Cross). -Obtains 12 CE credits/year for ARRT Compliance, and 6 CE Credits of which are offered through CHOP Radiology Initiatives.
