Job Summary:
The EVV Compliance Specialist is responsible for the daily administration and maintenance of the HHAeXchange (HHAeX) platform to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding caregiver visits. This role involves providing support to caregivers on the EVV platform and troubleshooting technical issues with mobile apps, FOB devices, and IVR systems.
1. System Setup & Onboarding:
- Facilitate new caregiver registrations and training on the EVV platform.
- Configure and assign FOB hardware and set up Landline access for caregivers.
- Maintain EVV systems to ensure compliance and functionality. 2. Troubleshooting & Support:
- Act as the main support contact for caregivers facing technical difficulties. 3. Compliance & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure consistent and compliant use of EVV technology.
- Identify and report potential fraudulent activity.
- Maintain accurate electronic records of staff enrolled in EVV systems. 4. Daily Dashboard Monitoring:
- Conduct daily reviews of the EVV Dashboard and resolve issues related to phone numbers and FOB confirmations. 5. Real-Time Call Handling:
- Answer incoming calls regarding technical issues with HHAeX from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Qualifications:
- Problem-solving skills to analyze dashboard data and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency with EMR systems, EVV portals like HHAeXchange, and Microsoft Office. Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience with Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) systems.
- Preferred: Prior experience in Home Care or a healthcare office environment. Physical Demands & Work Environment:
- Work in a business office setting with moderate noise levels.
- Regular sitting, use of hands/fingers, and extended computer monitor viewing.
- Occasional travel to patient residences may be required to install or troubleshoot FOB equipment.
