We are seeking an Administrative Assistance to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Enter customer and vendor contact information into CRM program
- Create and post pictures and videos for social media
- Maintain inventory and assist with packaging
- Answer inbound telephone calls and assist customers with orders
- Maintain customer files
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- QuickBooks, Excel, Word and Shipping experience a plus!
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- ​Strong organizational skills
- Creative with advertising and instructional marketing
- Likes a small company environment
- Ability to work with team or independently
