Office Manager Leader Heights (South York)

As an Office Manager at Country Meadows, you will assist with maintaining a professional business office to facilitate smooth operation of the center. You will prepare and distribute monthly statements for each resident, organize and maintain resident and employee files, track resident charges and performs billing functions; performs payroll-related functions and assists with benefits administration. We are seeking individuals who value the company of older adults, hold high standards for quality service and appreciate meeting new people all while enjoying themselves.

Part-time Hours with Benefits (8:30am-4:30pm)

*Must work every other weekend and holiday*

Pay starts at $21/hour, with the opportunity to earn more based on experience.

Office Manager Requirements:

• Prior office experience is required: capable of operating computer, copier, postage meter, fax machine, call system, intercom and telephone system.


• Prefer experience with interviewing, training, supervising and evaluating.


• High school diploma or GED
