Requirements
- 10 or more years of experience in enterprise Project Management and full-cycle WMS implementations.
- Proficiency in Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) and Manhattan Associates software.
- Experience with distribution, 3PL, or cold chain food supply chain environments.
- Experience with Salesforce for defect tracking and ProActive workflow automation.
- Experience in managing UAT planning, mock go-live simulations, and cutover runbooks.
- Experience in utilizing AI tools for risk surfacing and executive dashboard insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of Manhattan Active WMS from early planning through stabilization.
- Execute vendor management and delivery cadence oversight for enterprise software partners.
- Manage the master project schedule including dependencies across SIT, UAT, and integrations.
- Direct cross-functional coordination between IT, operations, finance, and human resources teams.
- Orchestrate cutover simulations and high-volume 24/7 go-live war room activities.
- Monitor the project risk register and enforce phase-gate entry and exit criteria.
- Report project status and milestone progress to executive leadership and steering committees.
