$17 – $20 per hour (based on experience)
Are you hands-on, dependable, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly?
We’re looking for a motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team and help maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning senior living campus.
If you can fix it, paint it, move it, maintain it — we want to talk to you!
What You’ll Do:
✔ Maintain all areas of the campus
✔ Painting, sealing, and surface repairs
✔ Landscaping & snow removal
✔ Appliance repair & general equipment maintenance
✔ Flooring upkeep
✔ Moving furniture & assisting departments as needed
✔ General campus upkeep & preventative maintenance
✔ Participate in ongoing education and safety programs
This role requires someone who can stay flexible — maintenance needs change daily, and interruptions happen. We need someone ready to jump in and get the job done.
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma (minimum requirement)
- 1–5 years maintenance experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to move throughout the campus during shifts
- Team-oriented and dependable
