Position Overview

The Gateway Office Operations Agent supports logistics and export operations by managing shipments, preparing packaging, and ensuring proper cold chain handling. This role involves coordinating shipment processing, maintaining temperature-sensitive packaging, and updating internal systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and refurbish packaging materials for shipment reuse
• Process and manage incoming and outgoing shipments
• Verify shipment documentation and compliance requirements
• Monitor and manage on-hold shipments for approval and release
• Coordinate cargo bookings and shipment logistics
• Handle cold chain packaging including gel packs and temperature-controlled materials
• Perform data entry, reporting, and tracking using internal systems and Excel
• Monitor and respond to emails and internal communication channels
• Maintain accurate shipment records and reports
• Operate pallet jacks and assist with material movement
• Support customer packaging and replenishment needs
• Complete all required training and compliance tasks

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 0–1 year of experience in logistics, warehouse, or operations support
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
• Basic computer and data entry skills (Excel preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or supply chain operations
• Familiarity with cold chain handling and temperature-sensitive shipments

Work Environment
