Salary: $160,000 - $190,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking a seasoned, dynamic, and innovative Lead Full Stack Engineer to join our fast growth team. This role represents a unique opportunity to play a pivotal part in our company's technological development, working on both front-end and back-end systems. 2. Design, develop, and implement front-end and back-end systems using Rails and various front end Javascript frameworks (React, Vue, etc).
3. Develop and maintain large scale consumer apps, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
4. Utilize Postgres and hotwire to manage data and streamline processes.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
6. Work with the product and design teams to understand end-user requirements, formulate use cases, and then translate that into a pragmatic and effective technical solution.
7. Oversee and ensure the efficient and stable operation of our digital infrastructure.
8. Conduct code reviews, and test software as needed, ensuring robust and reliable functionality. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
3. Proficient in Ruby and Rails.
4. Extensive experience working on full stack web applications.
5. Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a knack for complex troubleshooting.
7. Demonstrated ability to mentor and manage a team of engineers.
8. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
