Dorrit Emerich State Farm is seeking a customer-focused Account Manager who is passionate about helping people, building lasting relationships, and delivering exceptional service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, providing guidance, and becoming a trusted resource for customers throughout their insurance journey.

As an Account Manager, you will play an important role in supporting existing customers, helping them understand their coverage options, and ensuring they receive the personalized attention they deserve. While this position includes identifying opportunities to better protect customers through additional products and services, the primary focus is creating outstanding customer experiences and fostering long-term relationships.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and personalized service

Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, coverage reviews, and account maintenance

Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally while providing accurate information and solutions

Conduct policy reviews to help customers understand their coverage and identify potential gaps in protection

Educate customers on available products and services that may better meet their needs

Support retention efforts by delivering an exceptional customer experience

Resolve customer concerns with empathy, professionalism, and follow-through

Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience

Licensing Requirements

Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license required prior to Day 1 start

If not currently licensed, candidates must obtain their Property & Casualty license before starting

Full licensing support, study resources, and onboarding assistance are provided
