Responsibilities for an Executive Chef, Culinary Services Manager with Phoebe Allentown:

Responsible for managing the assigned campus –Culinary Services Department. Implementing the facilities’ food services program and department strategies to achieve goals assigned to the department; ensuring the department's compliance with operating policies and procedures as well as outside regulatory requirements; organizing the work and activities of the department; communicating with appropriate personnel; directly supervising assigned personnel; providing periodic reports.

Requirements for an Executive Chef, Culinary Services Manager with Phoebe Allentown:

1. The ability to deliver excellent customer service to all residents, families, and coworkers.
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
3. Associate or bachelor’s Degree in field of (Culinary, Hospitality or Dietitian).
4. Experience in healthcare culinary services preferred.
5. Certified Dietary Manager and Serve Safe Certified.
