It Support Analyst

Our client is looking to hire a IT Support Technician. This is a great o pportunity to work for a smaller company and evolve into a more technical role. This role will t roubleshoot hardware and software related issues. In this role, this person will be providing support to providers/physicians, patients (for portal or technical issues), and manufacturer program teams

Technical Investigation

• Review application logs

• Validate workflow status

• Investigate API failures

• Review interface queues

• Validate data conversions

• Troubleshoot fax, SMS, email, and file processing

• Investigate provider portal issues

Customer Support

• Support providers/physicians

• Support patients (for portal or technical issues)

• Support manufacturer program teams

• Coordinate with specialty pharmacies

• Work with integration partners

Vendor Coordination

• Open and manage tickets with your development partner

• Coordinate releases

• Validate fixes

• Track SLAs

• Escalate production issues

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Canonsburg, PA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
