Genesys Cloud Developer

Techstra is seeking an experienced Genesys Cloud Developer. The Genesys Cloud Developer position will primarily be responsible for design, development and deployment of IVR flows, contact routing and interactions using Genesys Cloud Architect.  This would include configuration of data action and system integrations using Genesys Cloud APIs. 
Key Responsibilities: 

Design and implement IVR flows, contact routing, and bot integrations using Genesys Cloud Architect.  The flows would include inbound and outbound calls, email and SMS.  

• Develop custom integrations with internal systems and third-party applications using Genesys Cloud APIs (RESTful) and webhooks.
• Create and update campaigns and contact lists to be used for outbound operations.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, code reviews, retrospectives) and collaborate with team members to ensure high code quality and continuous delivery.
• Maintain documentation for workflows, integration patterns, and deployment processes.
