LHH is seeking an Inside Sales Manager for their growing client in Philadelphia! This role is hybrid WFH. The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for lead generation and building a pipeline of top quality prospects. As a manager, the candidate will also be responsible for overseeing personnel in the company's inside sales team. Moreover, the candidate will act as a strategic partner with an eye towards long term sales strategy.

Compensation includes base salary of $75K-$99K + bonus up to 15% of base salary. Full benefits are available to include medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, and company paid holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategy for a team of entry level and experienced inside sales reps.

• Report sales metrics and perform analysis that help drive the business.

• Manage the sales process (lead generation, closing) and offer training when needed to the team.

• Support and guidance to junior members.

• Hire, mentor, and train new hires.

• Develop promotional ideas and work collaboratively with marketing to execute.

Qualifications

• 2+ years sales supervisory experience

• Must have education, volunteerism, or experience professionally or as a hobby within the theater, arts, or dance community.

• Excellent communication skills

• Team player

• Self starter
