In this role you will play a key role in optimizing our digital marketing efforts and driving business growth through strategic SEM campaigns. You will be responsible for managing and implementing paid search campaigns, analyzing performance data, and providing actionable insights to enhance our online visibility and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and optimize paid search campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.). Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for campaign improvement.
- Data Analysis: Analyze performance data using various analytics tools to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Provide regular reports on key performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive SEM strategies aligned with overall business objectives. Stay abreast of industry trends, search engine algorithms, and best practices to ensure optimal campaign performance.
- Budget Management: Manage SEM budgets effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment and adherence to financial targets.
- Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B testing and implement optimization strategies to improve ad performance and user experience. Continuously explore new opportunities and techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience (4+ years) in managing and optimizing SEM campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other SEM platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools like Adobe Omniture and Google Analytics as well as bid management tools like Search Ads 360.
- Excellent understanding of SEM best practices, search engine algorithms, and industry trends.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for working in a fast-growing healthcare media agency.
- Google & Microsoft certification a plus.
- Contextual, video and/or programmatic experience a plus.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical vertical.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $50,000 to $90,000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
