About the Role

We're looking for a full-time Dishwasher / Prep person to join our team. This is a dual role — some shifts you'll be running the dish station, others you'll be working alongside our kitchen team on light prep tasks. We're looking for someone who's equally comfortable working independently and as part of a crew, brings a positive attitude every shift, and takes pride in doing the unglamorous work well.

4 shifts per week, Wednesday through Saturday evenings. Weekend availability is a must.

What You'll Do

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout service

• Keep the dish station and surrounding areas clean and organized at all times

• Assist with light food prep tasks on designated prep shifts

• Help maintain cleanliness of the back-of-house throughout the night

• Support end-of-night breakdown and cleanup

• Reliable, punctual, and self-directed.

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a close-knit kitchen team

• A positive attitude and genuine team-first mentality

• Prep experience is a plus and will be part of the role

• Wednesday through Saturday evening availability is required
