BGIS Integrated Technical Services (ITS) is hiring a Commercial HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician in Philadelphia, PA, to join our diverse, innovative team. What You’ll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems (air handlers, boilers, chillers).
• Diagnose issues, execute minor repairs, and assist with complex repairs.
• Document maintenance via company iPad/iPhone, ensuring accuracy.
• Deliver excellent customer service and adhere to safety standards.

What You Need

• 2–5 years commercial HVAC experience; high school diploma/GED
• EPA Certification: HVAC apprenticeship/technical training preferred.
• Constant professional, great attitude, team player, willingness to work, and learn.
• Personal hand tools, drills, Sawzall, manometer, multimeter, refrigerant gauges
• Ability to lift 75 lbs., work in confined spaces, and wear PPE.
• Valid driver’s license (background/drug checks required)
