Job Description

We are currently seeking dedicated machine operators to join our team, with opportunities available across all three shifts: Daylight 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am, operating on a 2-2-3 schedule. This role is perfect for individuals with mechanical or manufacturing experience looking to advance their careers in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Feed labeling film through a machine that runs on a continuous feed, ensuring a fast-paced operation.
• Utilize a pallet jack to transport labeling film to the machine.
• Measure and mix formulas accurately, following simple instructions.
• Monitor computers to ensure the machine operates correctly and labels the film as needed.
• Manage and maneuver a cart carrying labeling rolls weighing up to 500lbs.

Essential Skills

• 1 year of mechanical or manufacturing experience.
• 1 year of production or assembly experience.
• Ability to stand on feet for 8 hours a day.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 1 year of machine operating experience is preferred but not required if there is strong mechanical knowledge
• Basic measuring skills.
• Steel-toed shoes are required for this position.

Work Environment

You will be working in a clean facility that is not climate-controlled in the specific areas we are hiring for, which means it can get warm in the summer. Winter conditions are more comfortable as the position is indoors. Steel-toed shoes are required for safety.
