Job Summary
Seeking a Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of buildings, grounds, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities include patrolling, responding to emergencies, monitoring facility conditions, and documenting daily activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Patrol interior and exterior areas to prevent theft, damage, or safety hazards.
- Lock/unlock doors and verify building security.
- Respond to emergency personnel and guide them to needed locations.
- Report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Complete daily security logs.
- Perform basic tasks such as pool testing, assisting with facility access, and occasional snow removal.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm in emergencies.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and spend extended periods standing/walking.
