Buckeye Partners is currently seeking a Specialist, Project Documentation with experience in record documentation and/or organization in the Oil & Gas Industry to join our team!
Role Summary:
The Specialist, Project Documentation role is responsible for compiling and maintaining various project records and documentation for the Engineering and Construction Services department.
Responsibilities & Essential Functions include:
- Integration Project Documentation Systems. Help development and management of a central database for project documentation. Ensure various stakeholders and departments receive their required documentation.
o Receiving Documentation. Receiving Job Books and other required documentation from project managers and others.
o Tracking Documentation. Tracking documentation deliverables and maintaining KPI's regarding department metrics as required by manager.
o Documentation Maintenance. Updating, cataloging, and maintaining various integrity-related documentation.
- Administrative Duties. Supporting the project execution team in various functions including organizing and coordinating department conferences and summits.
- And other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in related field is a plus.
- 2+ year experience in project record documentation is required.
- Knowledge of pipeline industry and terminology is highly desirable.
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint

- Must possess good communication and organizational skills.
Essential Functions:
This position requires the ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and or/quantitative productivity standards. This role requires the ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards. This position requires compliance with all personnel policies.
