Customer Support & Booking
Job Brief:
This entry-level role involves helping clients coordinate vacation arrangements, including hotels, cruises, and vacation packages, while providing excellent customer service throughout the booking process.
Training and booking tools are provided. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others plan memorable travel experiences and prefer flexible remote work.
Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with travel research and booking coordination
• Provide customer support before and after travel bookings
• Communicate travel details and updates to clients
• Maintain accurate client booking records
• Work with travel suppliers to coordinate reservations
• Deliver professional customer service
