Your New Role

This is an office-based role in Conshohocken, PA, proudly serving a broad region that includes Eastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, and the entire state of Delaware. You’ll:

• Review customer invitations to quote on Commercial and Industrial HVAC projects.

• Coordinate with the sales team to target high-impact opportunities

• Prioritize and manage multiple jobs simultaneously

• Create and manage the quotes schedule for the company

• Download project plans and specifications for review

• Perform accurate take-offs and develop comprehensive estimates

• Apply your understanding of HVAC systems to ensure competitive and accurate bids

• Use your strong computer skills to manage digital files, estimating tools, and schedules

• 1–2 years of commercial/industrial estimating experience within construction

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Strong customer service skills are a plus

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proficient computer skills; able to work with digital plans and specs

• An understanding of HVAC systems is highly preferred

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
