Located in York, PA

Salary: $22-$23/hr

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm. Possible OT on weekends.

Apprentice Plumber Responsibilities:

  • Locate and identify the source of leaks
  • Work with the plumber to assess clients' plumbing problems and repair them.
  • Cut and install new pipes
  • Repair old pipes
  • Help with the preparation of estimates for clients
  • Respond to clients' questions and answer them to the best of your abilities
  • Follow the plumber's instructions while on the job and perform the tasks that they assign
Apprentice Plumber Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in plumbing and using heavy equipment
  • Eagerness to learn on the job
  • Willingness to support the plumber however they ask
  • Excellent customer service skills and a professional appearance and demeanor
  • Skill at using the basic tools of the plumbing trade
Protective clothing/equipment required: Steel toe shoes or boots, gloves when handling sharp or abrasive objects.
