Job Summary: As a Nail Salon Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your role is essential in managing the front desk, supporting our team, and ensuring smooth salon operations. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude who genuinely enjoys interacting with people and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming environment
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally
• Schedule and confirm appointments using salon booking software
• Handle check-ins and check-outs, including processing payments
• Manage the waiting area to ensure it is clean and organized
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of services, products, promotions, and pricing
• Assist in retail product sales and restocking inventory as needed
• Coordinate with nail technicians to manage appointment flow
• Resolve customer concerns or direct them to the appropriate staff member
• Ensure front desk and reception area are always neat and presentable

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred (salon or spa experience a plus)
• A friendly, upbeat personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable using computers and appointment booking software
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
