Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years NICU RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Active RN license (unencumbered)
- Minimum of 1 year of recent NICU nursing experience
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams
- Comfort with advanced NICU technology and ventilator management
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to neonates with varying acuity
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document care using electronic medical records
- Communicate effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Educate and support families, providing guidance and emotional reassurance
- Uphold rigorous safety protocols and infection control standards
