Drywall Installer / Construction Laborer

Pay: $20–$25 per hour | Paid Travel | Training Provided

We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Drywall Installers . Whether you have basic carpentry experience or you’re eager to get started in the construction trades, this is a great opportunity to learn valuable skills and build a long-term career.

No drywall experience? No problem. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals who will train you in drywall installation, taping, finishing, and jobsite safety .

• Assist with measuring, cutting, and installing drywall
• Help prepare job sites and keep work areas clean and organized
• Carry materials and tools to and from job locations
• Support tapers and finishers with mudding, sanding, and prep
• Use basic hand and power tools safely
• Follow safety guidelines and work as part of a team
• Travel to job sites as needed ( travel time and expenses are paid )

• Entry-level construction or basic carpentry experience is helpful, but not required
• Familiarity with basic tools (drills, saws, tape measures, etc.)
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift 75+ lbs
• Comfortable working on ladders and active construction sites
• Reliable transportation to meeting locations
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team mindset

• $20–$25 per hour , based on experience

• Monday–Friday
• 10–12 hour shifts
• Travel required—up to 5 hours from Chambersburg, PA
• Possible overnight stays (travel is paid)
• Hands-on construction environment with a strong team focus

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waynesboro, PA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Waynesboro,PA.
