Warranty Administrator - York, PA

We’re currently seeking a Warranty Coordinator to join our growing team! This position plays a key role in processing and managing all warranty claims while ensuring clear communication across internal teams and with customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Stay current on all warranty issues and provide updates to technicians; maintain and publish all flat codes for OEMs.
• Process and manage warranty claims with accuracy and accountability.
• Control and report on all rejected warranties (internal and external) in collaboration with the Technical Specialist.
• Support customers, service technicians, service staff, service managers, and account managers with warranty-related needs.
• Participate in planning and policy development to ensure consistent, high-quality customer service.
• Assist in resolving customer warranty issues—primarily through phone and email communication.
• Process and track all vendor receivables, resolving issues as needed; escalate to service management when appropriate.
• Maintain and update all warranty policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as required or assigned.

What You’ll Need

• Associate degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar industry preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or dispatch environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
