The Position
Senior Apartment Leasing Specialist - Looking for a great closer to keep our 1800-unit community leased up! This position is a wonderful opportunity to advance your career in Property Management. You will be working with a professional and dynamic team in our new Leasing center focusing on helping people find their dream apartment-home. The right candidate should be computer savvy and a great communicator with sales or market-rent leasing experience. Position offers salary plus commission
Responsibilities include:
- Computer and lead management updating
- Meeting and greeting prospects
- Answering the telephone
- Making appointments
- Prospect follow up
- Touring prospects
- Leasing and closing rentals
- Administrative duties
- Event planning and execution team member
