Cold Forming Operator

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Cold Forming Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate would have a strong background in operating and maintaining cold forming machinery to produce parts according to specifications. This is a fantastic opportunity for a mechanically inclined individual to learn about cold forming machinery and passionate about manufacturing that is eager to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

**Shifts Available: **2nd shift (3pm-11pm) and 3rd shift (11pm-7am)

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate cold forming machines to produce high-quality metal components.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery to keep it in optimal working condition.
• Troubleshoot issues and make necessary adjustments to ensure smooth production flow.
• Inspect finished parts for defects and make adjustments as needed.
• Maintain adherence to 5S standards and follow all safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a forming operator or similar role in manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot machinery issues.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality orientation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.
