JOB OPENING — Live Chat Assistant (Remote) ADF Medical Services Inc.
We're hiring a friendly and attentive Remote Live Chat Assistant to provide real-time online support to our patients and clients. If you're a quick typist with a warm personality and strong written communication skills — this role is perfect for you.

Location: Fully Remote Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Requirements
What You'll Do:
- Respond to patient and client inquiries instantly through our live chat platform
- Provide helpful and accurate information on services, appointments, billing, and support
- Manage multiple live chat conversations simultaneously with speed and professionalism
- Log and document all chat interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Identify and escalate urgent or unresolved issues to the appropriate team
- Deliver a consistently warm, helpful, and professional experience in every chat
- Follow all company communication guidelines and service quality standards
- Adhere strictly to HIPAA guidelines and patient confidentiality protocols at all times
