Job Summary
The Strategic Programs Consultant is responsible for enabling high-visibility projects that support the long-term goals of MOD and Comcast Advertising. This role supports a specialized team focused on strategic program execution, offering expert support to initiative, activate or accelerate high-visibility Media initiatives. Core capabilities include intake due diligence, design thinking workshops, current state assessments, and operating model development to establish strong foundations and drive rapid, transformative outcomes—distinct from traditional program management functions. This role partners with senior leadership to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities while managing cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable impact, with accelerated execution and implementation.

Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

Strategic Program Execution
  • Support the execution and operational health of strategic initiatives by working with business unit leaders to refine scopes, set objectives, and manage programs to completion.
  • Execute day-to-day project and change management tasks, including defining workplans, monitoring milestones, and ensuring stakeholder engagement meets program objectives.
  • Facilitate design thinking sessions and provide hands-on support for developing business cases and managing program governance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Maintain strong working relationships with product, technology, sales, legal, and other teams, ensuring program objectives are achieved through coordinated and timely efforts.

  • Support business operations alignment with strategic objectives through effective coordination and project execution.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals and outcomes are met, focusing on specific deliverables and timelines.
  • Execute assigned projects and provide hands-on management, from planning through to measurable outcomes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with team members and other departments, fostering a collaborative working environment.
  • Actively contribute to team development and performance, providing mentorship and support to emerging talent.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or project management, preferably in a cross-functional setting.
  • Experience partnering with mid-to-senior leadership to support strategic alignment and operational efficiency.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Adaptable and proactive, with a resilient approach to handling change in a fast-paced environment.
