Call Center Representative (Remote after training) Location Philadelphia, PA (Chestnut Hill area) :

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls from patients in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist patients with registration, appointment scheduling, referrals and pre-authorizations
• Address patients concerns and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors
• Make outbound calls to follow up on patient inquiries or resolve issues as needed
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Meet or exceed performance goals for call volume, response time, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED required
• 1 year of clerical, customer service, or administrative support experience in a highly customer oriented organization
• Knowledge of basic Medical terminology, Computer and EMR skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong active listening skills with the ability to empathize and resolve customer issues
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software

Job Details:

• Full Time: M-F 830am-5pm
• Pay: $19.00 per hour
