Assistant Landscape Crew Leader
Hanagan Landscaping is a rapidly growing company dedicated to transforming outdoor spaces in Philadelphia, PA. As an Assistant Landscape Crew Leader, you will play a key role in bringing our clients’ landscape visions to life. Responsibilities
- Assist in leading a crew to complete landscape maintenance and installation projects efficiently and safely
- Mow lawns using both riding and push mowers
- Trim and edge around sidewalks, flower beds, and walls
- Plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and grass according to project plans
- Trim and prune trees and shrubs to maintain healthy growth and appearance
- Remove lawn debris using rakes, shovels, and blowers
- Shovel snow and apply salt to walkways and driveways during winter months
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite
- Operate standard landscaping machinery and tools safely
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure high-quality results
Qualifications
- Experience with landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, and pruning
- Ability to operate standard landscaping equipment (riding mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
