Need Business-Facing Techno function Project Manager with 10 years' experience.

Job description: We are seeking an experienced business-Facing Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
• Serve as the liaison between technical teams and non-technical departments (Finance, HR, Operations, etc.)
• Lead discovery sessions and regular check-ins with stakeholders to define project goals and scope
• Translate technical concepts into business-friendly language and vice versa
• Project Planning & Delivery
• Define project timelines, deliverables, and milestones in alignment with both technical capacity and business goals
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment between departments
• Monitor project progress and adapt plans based on shifting stakeholder or team priorities
• Requirements Gathering & Documentation
• Conduct interviews and workshops with business users to gather and refine requirements
• Ensure documentation is thorough, clear, and accessible for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Conflict Management & Prioritization
• Mediate conflicts between stakeholders and technical teams when priorities clash
• Communicate project trade-offs and help drive consensus
• Impact & Outcome Focus
• Ensure solutions address core business problems and provide measurable results
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate success and gather feedback

Requirements :

Essential Qualifications:

• 5+ years' experience in project management, ideally with cross-functional or enterprise-level projects
• Proven track record of interfacing directly with non-technical departments
• Experience translating complex technical language into business terms
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Bachelor's degree (Business, Information Systems, or related field)

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification
• Experience in public sector, finance, HRIS, ERP, or civic departments (like City Planning)
• Tools familiarity: Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Miro, or similar platforms
