HEDIS Admin Support - Temporary - Hybrid

UPMC Health Plan is hiring a Temporary HEDIS Admin Support to help support the Quality Improvement Department. This is a Monday through Friday, 8-4:30 daylight position, and selected candidates will work remotely from home full-time. The successful candidate will provide administrative support including sending electronic faxes, speaking with providers via the phone, and documenting this interaction via a web-based software. This temporary assignment will run through April 24th, 2026. This will be a set rate of $19 per hour. Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls to gather documentation from providers. - Send electronic faxes to providers. - Answer incoming inquiries from UPMC Health Plan providers. - Provide exemplary customer service by being proactive and responsive to all UPMC Health Plan customer requests. - Work with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook and web-based software on a daily basis. - Support all department personnel with duties including but not limited to answering phones, taking messages, filing, and faxing. - High School Diploma strongly preferred. - Post-secondary education is preferred. - One year of administrative support working experience is highly preferred. - Must have proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, and Outlook. - Must possess typing skills and working knowledge of word processing, electronic mail/calendar, spreadsheets, and web-based software. - Must possess the ability to learn and effectively use various software programs. - General knowledge and experience with office equipment such as copiers, multi-line phone systems, fax machines and paging systems.
