Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage local, country, or multi-country sourcing projects and contract negotiations for IT services and SaaS.
• Collaborate with technical leads and architects to enhance software design and quality.
• Innovate with new ideas for products and processes.
• Negotiate contracts with third-party software developers and service suppliers.
• Develop and implement domestic and international sourcing strategies.
• Identify and manage IT sourcing initiatives through data analysis.
• Achieve strategic sourcing management goals.
• Mentor offsite contractors for professional growth.
• Execute strategic sourcing methodology, processes, and events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience leading teams and projects.
• Experience coding in a software development role.
• Experience managing and building offsite developer teams.
• Project management experience (certification preferred).
• Ability to manage projects with clear goals and successful delivery.
