We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part Time Bookkeeping Assistant to join our growing team! If you have a passion for numbers and a keen eye for accuracy, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities
- Assist with maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and Accounts receivable.
- Reconcile auction point of sale system records
- Support the preparation of weekly and monthly financial reports
- Maintain filing systems for financial documentation
- Verify resell licenses with applicable U.S. states
- Previous experience in bookkeeping or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Associates degree in accounting a plus
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
- Experienced in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
