Scheduling Coordinator (Staffing)
- Conduct high-volume phone activity to prospective and active contractors with the goal of filling open job orders.
- Resolve client and contractor challenges by responding to complaints and inquiries; clarifying and determining the cause of the challenge, and conducting follow-up to ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Obtain contractor leads through scheduling, active client advertisement monitoring, and networking processes.
- Evaluate and forecast contractor availability and client needs.
- Build contractor database by conducting interviews and completing intakes.
- Ensure integrity of file completion process: verify Contractor credentials (education degrees, certifications, liability insurance, and licenses) and communicate availability to team members.
- Minimum of an Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of recruitment or staffing experience. Preferably in the mental health service field.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
- Proficient PC skills including routine spreadsheet, database, and word-processing activity.
- Work with one of the largest referral agencies for behavioral health in the Philadelphia area!
