Location: 100% Remote (EST preferred)

Duration: 1-year contract (potential to extend)
Compensation Range: $40-50/hr on W2 ONLY!Job Description:
Provide L2/L3 IT operational support for infrastructure, applications, and end-user services within M&A integration environments.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 support across servers, storage, backup, VDI, and end-user systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests via ServiceNow
- Perform triage, root cause analysis, and escalation as needed
- Support IT integration activities for newly acquired organizations
- Assist with infrastructure migration and security remediation efforts
- Maintain documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles
- Collaborate with global teams across infrastructure and operations
- Communicate technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Support both cloud and on-prem environments

Requirements:
- Must-Haves:
- 5–8 years of Level 2 & Level 3 IT support experience
- Experience in large enterprise environments (5,000 employees)
- Strong IT generalist background (servers, cloud, infrastructure)
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
- M&A or integration experience
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
- Experience supporting both end users and IT professionals
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage C-level stakeholders
- Nice-to-Haves:
- SharePoint experience
- Networking knowledge
- Experience in engineering or architecture environments
- Microsoft ecosystem expertise (Teams, Power Platform, etc.)
