Job Summary

Adept Home Care is currently seeking a caring, dependable non-medical hourly caregiver FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE for coverage for a client located in Ellwood City, PA:

• Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday (7:30 a.m.- 11:30 a.m.)
• Monday, Thursday, Friday (6:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.)
• Tuesday, Wednesday (6:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.)
• Saturday, Sunday (6:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.)
• Monday - Saturday (2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.)

Condition: Fall Risk, Hearing/Mobility/Vision Impairment, Issues with legs and knees buckling, Sore Tailbone - needs cream applied

Duties may include but not limited to:

• Laundry and Change of Bed Linens
• Grocery Shopping
• Companionship
• Range of Motion Exercises
• Bathing, Grooming and Dressing Assistance
• Driving to Appointments and Errands
• Walking and Transfer Assistance
• Medication Reminders
• ADL's
• Ambulation
• Change Depends
• Transportation

Caregiver Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience
• 2 Step TB Test
• Pass Criminal Background Checks
• Pass Child Clearances (when applicable)
• Pass Fingerprinting (when applicable)

Benefits and Perks

• Sign on Bonus - $500
• Caregiver Referral Bonus - Up to $200
• Client Referral Bonus - Waiver Client: up to $500, Private Pay Client: up to $1000
• Health Insurance: Full time ONLY (ask details)
