A fast-growing long-term care organization is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team in a skilled nursing facility located in Stroudsburg, PA .
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services, including new admissions, routine follow-up visits, and ongoing patient assessments
- Collaborate with facility staff and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold best practices in geriatric medicine
Requirements:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Pennsylvania
- DEA license (required)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an NP
- Prior nursing home or long-term care experience highly preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary: $140,000–$150,000 (based on experience)
