Grill / Cold Cook (Full-Time)– UPMC Williamsport

UPMC Williamsport is seeking a Full-Time Grill / Cold Cook to join our Food & Nutrition Services team. In this role, you’ll prepare fresh, high-quality meals for patients, visitors, and staff while helping ensure an exceptional dining experience.
Schedule
- Full-time: 72 hours per pay period
- Shifts scheduled between 5:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
- Every other weekend and every other holiday required
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and serve grilled and cold food items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure food is prepared safely, attractively, and on time.
- Monitor food quantities during service to meet customer demand.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and temperature-control guidelines.
- Properly cool, store, label, and document food items.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready work area.
- Prepare ingredients and food items for upcoming shifts.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
- Provide friendly, helpful service to customers and colleagues.
