Description:
- We are seeking a patient-oriented and adaptable professional to provide quality dental treatment and support oral health services in a healthcare setting.
- The role includes preparing patients, assisting during procedures, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with proficiency in generic technology systems.
Requirements:
- Graduation from a Dental Assisting program or 2 years of dental assisting experience
- Current Radiation & Health Safety Certification or eligibility to obtain within 90 days
- Current CPR Certification or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Proficiency with computers, including word processing and electronic charting
- Excellent interpersonal skills for working with a diverse patient population
- Ability to maintain a calm demeanor under pressure
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a multi-task environment

- Experience in restoration placement
- Ability to respect and work with diverse populations
- Demonstrated cultural competency and trauma-informed care approach
- Strong attention to detail and dependability
- Effective listening and communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
