Must-Have Credentials
- Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written.
- Hands-on experience managing inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
- Proven track record as a Collection Specialist (or in a similar role).
- 5–10 years of relevant experience navigating debt recovery, customer interactions, or financial services.
Education:
- High school diploma (or equivalent) plus 4–6 years of related industry experience.
Your Experience Toolkit:
- Strong grasp of MS Office Outlook, Excel, Teams.
- Thorough understanding of collection processes, payment arrangements, and customer engagement strategies.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing and collecting past-due accounts with empathy and efficiency.
- Monitoring account activity to identify outstanding debts.
- Analyzing historical data to understand each customer’s situation.
- Initiating contact with customers to resolve overdue payments.
- Encouraging timely payments and negotiating repayment plans.
- Resolving credit concerns and maintaining detailed account records.
- Reporting regularly on collection efforts and receivables status.
- Delivering a courteous, customer-friendly experience with every interaction.
- Managing both inbound and outbound calls with confidence.
- Working comfortably with targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Staying organized, responsive, and proactive in your daily workflow.
- Applying patience, empathy, and strong problem‑solving skills to every case.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $18.00 - $20.13 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
