Must-Have Credentials

• Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written.
• Hands-on experience managing inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
• Proven track record as a Collection Specialist (or in a similar role).
• 5–10 years of relevant experience navigating debt recovery, customer interactions, or financial services.

Education:

• High school diploma (or equivalent) plus 4–6 years of related industry experience.

Your Experience Toolkit:

• Strong grasp of MS Office Outlook, Excel, Teams.
• Thorough understanding of collection processes, payment arrangements, and customer engagement strategies.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing and collecting past-due accounts with empathy and efficiency.
• Monitoring account activity to identify outstanding debts.
• Analyzing historical data to understand each customer’s situation.
• Initiating contact with customers to resolve overdue payments.
• Encouraging timely payments and negotiating repayment plans.
• Resolving credit concerns and maintaining detailed account records.
• Reporting regularly on collection efforts and receivables status.
• Delivering a courteous, customer-friendly experience with every interaction.
• Managing both inbound and outbound calls with confidence.
• Working comfortably with targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Staying organized, responsive, and proactive in your daily workflow.
• Applying patience, empathy, and strong problem‑solving skills to every case.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $18.00 - $20.13 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
