Job Title: VIP House Manager
Location: Blue Bell, PA
Salary: $85,000 – $100,000/year

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive VIP House Manager to oversee all aspects of a private residence in Blue Bell, PA. This is a dynamic, hands-on leadership role where you will serve as the owner’s personal representative, managing the household with a focus on high-level organization, problem-solving, and discretion. You will be expected to take full charge of all household operations and lead the team, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and high-functioning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Operations: Act as the owner’s proxy, taking full responsibility for all day-to-day household matters. Oversee the maintenance and management of the property, ensuring it runs smoothly.

• Staff Supervision: Manage and direct all household staff and service personnel, ensuring efficiency and exceptional service.

• Inventory Management: Maintain a thorough inventory of household supplies, groceries, and essential items, proactively replenishing as necessary.

• Event Hosting & Guest Relations: Host and receive guests on behalf of the owner, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality.

• Scheduling & Calendar Management: Oversee the household calendar, coordinating events, appointments, and other scheduling needs.

• Errands & Special Tasks: Handle personal errands, special requests, and ad-hoc tasks, from gift-buying to travel arrangements, ensuring timely completion with attention to detail.

• Financial & Administrative Oversight: Manage the household’s financial and administrative affairs, including bill payments, budgeting, and record-keeping.

• Family & Children Support: Address and fulfill any requests or needs of the family, particularly in relation to the children’s activities and logistics.

• Crisis Management: Act as the first responder in urgent or sensitive situations, offering quick, effective solutions and taking immediate action as required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a House Manager, Estate Manager, or in a similar VIP/private residence role

• Strong leadership skills and experience managing staff

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to act with discretion and maintain confidentiality

• Strong problem-solving and crisis management skills

• Must be flexible, proactive, and able to work independently

• Must be available to start ASAP
