- Schedule: Weeknight and weekend call coverage in a weekly rotation, Wednesday to Wednesday
- Job Setting: Office
- Types of Cases: 12-15 patients per day in office
- Credentialing: 90-120 days
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified required
- Licensure: PA state license required
